Q: When will my flowers be delivered?

A: All floral and gift orders placed before 12pm are hand-delivered from 12:30-3. If you have a preferred time of delivery please ring me and we can organise this. Items that are shipped via NZ Post generally take 2-4 days to arrive 

Q: What happens to my flowers and gifts if no one is home when delivered?

A: I will leave the items in a safe and shaded area. If there is nowhere to leave, they will phone the recipient for further assistance 

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Yes, however, because Sweet Stems is studio-based, I’m not always around. I often deliver your beautiful florals locally, collect blooms from local growers, and source new exciting products. Please email with a preferred collection time to make sure I am about

Q: I’m not sure if you deliver to a specific area; how will I check before placing an order?

A: If you’re ever unsure of the delivery area, please call or email me. This way, I can advise and confirm for you

Q: I’ve missed the cut off for ordering blooms; it’s a special birthday today. Help!?
