Delivery & Studio Collection

Sweet Stems is a boutique, home-based floral studio in Edgecumbe, creating thoughtfully designed flowers using seasonal blooms.

I offer local flower delivery across Edgecumbe, Whakatane, and surrounding areas, as well as studio collection by arrangement.

 

Delivery Days & Timing

• Delivery days: Monday to Friday

• Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00am (weekdays)

• Delivery window: Deliveries are completed once daily between 11:30am and 3:30pm

This delivery window allows flowers to be delivered carefully and at their best.

If you’d like your order delivered on a specific time or weekday, please note this at checkout.

 

Delivery Charges

• Edgecumbe township — Free delivery

• Rural Edgecumbe, Awakeri, Otakiri — $15

• Kawerau, Thornton, Matata — $18

• Whakatane, Coastlands — $20

• Ohope — $40

Studio Collection

You’re welcome to collect your order from my home studio.

• Collections are available by arrangement

• Orders must be collected before 11:30am, prior to my delivery run, unless otherwise agreed

• Collection details will be provided once your order is ready

Please wait for confirmation before arriving, as the studio is not open for unscheduled visits.

 

Please Note

• If there are gate codes, access instructions, or dogs on site, please include this in your delivery notes

• Rural deliveries may require additional time depending on distance and access

• Weekend and public holiday deliveries are not available unless arranged in advance
