Every Sweet Stems wedding is custom quoted, but to help with planning, most weddings with personal flowers, ceremony florals and some styling typically begin from around $2,500+, with larger floral installs and full reception styling quoted individually.

How Booking Works

1. ENQUIRE
Fill out the wedding enquiry form with your date, venue, floral wishlist, and any inspiration images you already have.

 

2. RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM FLORAL QUOTE AND CONCEPT
I’ll review your vision and put together a tailored floral concept and custom quote based on your day, style, and priorities.

3. REVIEW & REFINE
Once you’ve had a chance to look through everything, you’re welcome to reply by email or book a short clarity call if you’d like to talk through the details, refine ideas, or ask any questions.

4. SECURE YOUR DATE
When you’re ready to move forward, a 25 percent booking retainer secures your date in my calendar.

 

5. FINALISE YOUR DETAILS
From there, we refine the finer details together and confirm your final floral plan as your wedding gets closer.
