From enquiry to wedding day
1. Enquire
Fill out the wedding enquiry form with your date, venue, inspiration images and a few details about your day.
2. Initial Estimate
Once I’ve checked availability, I’ll send through an estimated floral investment based on your inspiration, venue and priorities.
3. Secure Your Date
If everything feels like the right fit, simply reply to let me know you’d like to proceed. I’ll send through your booking invoice and Terms & Conditions. Once your booking fee has been received, your wedding date is secured.
4. Floral Concept
Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll create a personalised floral concept, mood board and detailed proposal based on everything we’ve discussed.
5. Refine the Details
Wedding plans often evolve, and that’s completely normal. We can refine your flowers together as your day takes shape.
6. Final Details
Around one month before your wedding, we’ll confirm timings, delivery locations and any final adjustments. You’ll receive your final invoice approximately four weeks before your wedding, with payment due 14 days before your wedding.
7. Wedding Day
On the day, I’ll take care of everything flower-related, from creating and conditioning your flowers through to delivery, installation and styling, so you can simply enjoy your day.
