WEDDING FLOWERS IN THE BAY OF PLENTY
Flowers do more than decorate a wedding — they help shape the feeling of the day. As a Bay of Plenty wedding florist, I work with couples who want their florals to feel intentional, beautiful, and connected to the space around them. Whether you’re getting married at a coastal venue in Ohope, a rural property near Whakatāne, or somewhere across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty, I design florals that enhance the setting rather than compete with it.
Planning wedding flowers shouldn’t feel complicated. My role is to guide you through the process — helping refine colour palettes, choose where flowers will have the most impact, and create designs that feel natural to your day.
The Process
01. ENQUIRE
Fill in the enquiry form to tell me a little about your day. If the date is available and feels aligned, you’ll receive a link to view my welcome guide and have the option to book a clarity call.
02. CLARITY CALL
This is your chance to have any questions answered and where we begin shaping the vision, not choosing specific flowers, but exploring the feeling, flow, and atmosphere you want to create.
03. PROPOSAL
You’ll receive a custom proposal including visual direction, seasonal guidance, and transparent pricing.
04. BOOKING
Once you're happy to move forward, a signed contract and a 25% retainer fee secures your date. From there, you can settle in and let the process unfold with ease.
05. THE WEDDING
I take care of everything on the day, from early installs to on-site styling, so your florals feel effortless, rooted in place, and entirely yours. I’m always just an email or phone call away if there’s anything else I can help with during the process.
