Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about wedding, event and local flower delivery services.
Absolutely. I’m happy to work within brand colours, tone and guidelines while still ensuring the florals feel natural and well-made.
My focus is on event-based and project work rather than weekly contract arrangements but If you have a specific event or short-term need, feel free to get in touch.
Flower delivery is available exclusively within Edgecumbe, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Matatā.
For weddings and events outside these areas, please visit the Weddings or Corporate & Events pages.

Absolutely. Many clients come to me with a general feeling or vision rather than a detailed list.
If you’re unsure, you can simply share the setting, tone and how you’d like the day or event to feel — I’m happy to guide you from there.
I offer design guidance early on, but detailed concepts and mood boards are created once a booking is confirmed.
This ensures the time and care involved in the design process is reserved for committed clients.
Where it makes sense, yes. I value thoughtful design and minimising waste, and I’m always happy to discuss reusing ceremony flowers for receptions or other areas when practical.
